    • Installing Doorbell cameras, and smart/digital locks.

    • Hiring a Professional Photographer to best market your property.

    We can take a new property from empty to fully staged & listed within 7 days.

    • We do all the work in building a custom profile for your property on AirBnB, VRBO and Booking.com.

  • We carry our own guest insurance that will cover damages caused by guests. Most homeowners think Airbnb’s insurance has them covered, but if a guest denies damage or it can’t be proven, the cost falls on you, and you are at risk of receiving a negative review.

    When we manage your property and, for example, a carpet gets stained or a counter top gets damaged, we cover the cost and coordinate the repair. 

    Other property management companies will leave it to the homeowner to repair or replace damaged items, we don’t do that. We want you to keep your money in your pocket.

  • Once your property is furnished and stocked we can have it listed within 7 business days.

  • We don’t lock you into a yearly contract. Instead, we set a rolling timeframe, say one year, so your calendar is always open for bookings.

    If you ever decide to move on, you only need to honor the reservations that are already in place. Once the last booked guest checks out, we close your calendar and the contract ends.

    This way, your guests are cared for, and you’re never stuck if our partnership isn’t the right fit.
